Oryouri Fujii

Pass through a white split curtain fluttering on a picturesque street to reach this Japanese restaurant nestled at the far end of a courtyard surrounding a central pond. Owner Fujii Hironori got his start in the culinary arts by learning from his father, who ran a seafood store. Fujii was trained in renowned restaurants in the Hokuriku region and Kyoto before opening Oryouri Fujii in 2011. The restaurant was awarded two stars in the Michelin Guide Hokuriku 2021 Special Edition. Reservations are required.
